Summer Sketch & Paint Experience

Thank you for booking your Summer Sketch & Paint experience with Wild West Works. Please read through our Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made via our website at www.wildwestworks.org/events.

A full payment of £75 per person (or £65 with Early Bird Discount) is required to secure your booking.

Early Bird Discount of £65 applies to bookings made before May 1st. After May 1st, the price will revert to £75 per person.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by You: Once booked, your booking is non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, you will not receive a refund. Bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability.

Cancellation by Us: If we need to cancel the event for any reason (e.g., due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund or offer an alternative date.

In the event that the weather is unsuitable for the outdoor walk, we will still proceed with indoor activities. If you are unable to attend due to weather conditions, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will reschedule your booking for another day (subject to availability).

Health & Safety

Safety is a priority: Participants are required to take full responsibility for their own health and well-being during the event. Please ensure that you are in good health and capable of participating in a moderate-level walk for 2–3 hours.

Physical activity: The walk may include uneven terrain, so please wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the conditions. If you have any health concerns, we recommend you consult a doctor before attending.

Insurance: Participants are advised to have their own personal travel or health insurance. Wild West Works is not responsible for any injury or loss during the event.

Weather Conditions

In the case of bad weather, we will still run the event indoors with creative exercises and artistic challenges to ensure the day remains productive and enjoyable.

Extreme weather (e.g., storms, heavy rain) may result in the rescheduling of the event. If this happens, you will be contacted promptly with alternative options.

Group Size & Age Requirements

The event is designed for small groups of no more than 5 people to ensure a personal and focused experience.

The event is open to adults of all skill levels. We regret that we cannot accommodate children on this experience due to the nature of the walk and activities.

What to Bring

All materials (sketchbooks, paints, brushes, boards, etc.) are provided, so this experience is ideal if you are traveling light.

Please bring a packed lunch to enjoy during the day, as we will be outdoors for most of the experience. We will provide tea, coffee, and refreshments throughout the day.

Photography & Media

During the event, we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of any media containing your likeness in promotional materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know in advance.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will apply to any future bookings.
